Easy Steps to order your test

Step 1 - Order Your Test :

1. Start on the home page and choose Book a test, or Select Tests in the menu. If you already know what you need, type the test name or code straight into the search box.

2. Under Browse Popular Tests you will find every health category — Allergy Testing, Anemia, Diabetes and the rest. Each tile shows what the category covers and the price it starts at.

3. Choose Book now on a category to open its Book Your Test page.

4. That page lists every panel in the category, the individual tests each panel contains, and what you save by taking the panel instead of the tests separately.

5. Select Add Panel to Cart on the one you want. Add as many as you like — Tests in Your Cart at the top keeps a running count, and Remove takes one back off.

6. To look at a different category, use Back to Category Panel.

Step 2 - Choose Your Lab :

1. Once a panel is in your cart, choose Find Your Lab — or Locate a Lab in the menu at any time.

2. On Find a Lab Near You, enter your ZIP code and press Enter.

3. You will see every lab within 50 miles, nearest first, listed beside a map you can pan and zoom.

4. Show hours and Show services open up a lab’s opening times and what it can do — pediatric collection, hair collection, breath tests and so on.

5. Make This My Lab attaches that location to your order.

6. Changed your mind? Change Location takes you back to the search, and Get Directions opens the route to the lab you picked.

Step 3 - Review, Pay and Collect Your Order :

1. Open Cart in the header to see Your Cart Items — every panel you have added, what each costs, and the lab you chose.

2. Book More Tests goes back for another category; Remove drops a panel from the order.

3. Choose Checkout when the order looks right. You will sign in first, or create an account if this is your first order, so the results can be tied to you.

4. Pay by card to confirm the order.

5. We then e-mail you a link to your order. You can also find it any time under Your Orders in the Account menu.

6. From there, Download Lab Order gives you the requisition the lab needs, and Download Invoice gives you your receipt. Take the requisition to the lab you chose — walk in during opening hours, no appointment needed.
